Please Note: The Paid Lunch Equity Tool Summary is only visible to State employees.
Reviewing a PLE Tool Form
1.From the Applications menu, select Paid Lunch Equity Tool Summary.
2.Complete the query using the drop-down textboxes. For the Status question, select Not Started, Started, or Complete.

3.The PLE Tool Summary screen will list the Sponsor’s form and the status.
