Submitting an Application Packet
The Sponsor can submit the Application Packet to the State once all required applications, online forms (e.g., Food Service Management Company contract), and supporting documents identified on the checklist are completed and saved without errors.
To submit an Application Packet, the packet must contain:
•A completed Sponsor Application with no errors.
•At least one completed SNP Site Application with no errors.
•All items in the Checklist are identified as submitted.
•If the Sponsor had identified that they would be using a Food Safety Management Company on their Sponsor Application, the packet must contain at least one Food Service Management Company contract with a status of “Submitted”. Once the Application Packet has been submitted to the State for approval, the packet history section of the Application Packet screen will display the event and the packet status changes to Submitted for Approval.
