Applications Menu

The Applications menu is the starting point for all tasks related to the annual School Nutrition Programs enrollment process. Menu items are based on security levels.

Accessing the Applications

1.On the blue menu toolbar, select Applications to access the menu.

2.Select an application item to access that application function. It is important to note that Sponsors have significantly fewer Applications menu items.

3.At the top of the Splash screen will be a blue toolbar of Menu Items. Select Applications to access the menu.

4.The Applications menu will list multiple items to access various functions.

Applications	Access to overall application-related items including: •Sponsor Manager (state users only) •Application Packet (including Sponsor and Site applications •Verification Reports •Verification Summary •Food Safety Inspection Reports •Food Safety Inspection Summary •Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program •Community Eligibility Provision •Site Enrollment Download Forms
Claims	Access to claim entry screens and Sponsor-specific payment history
Reports	Access to a variety of standard SNP reports (State users only)
Security	Access to an individual user's security-related items including: •Change password (authenticated user changing their password)
Search	Access to the Sponsor Search screen (available to only State users and Sponsor users that may have access to more than one Sponsor)
