Adding a Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program Application

1.On the blue menu toolbar, select Applications.

2.From the Applications menu, select FFVP Application Packet.

3.Select Detail next to the applicable school year. The Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program Application for the designated school year is displayed.

4.Select Add in the Action column next to the corresponding Form or Site name.

5.Enter the Sponsor’s Contact Information and select from the invited sites those that are interested in participating in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program.

Please Note: Only the sites that the State has invited to participate in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program will display on the screen; this may be a subset of all the sites associated with the Sponsor.

6. Select Save to receive a confirmation.

7.Select <Edit to return to the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program Application screen or select Finish to return to the Application Packet screen.
