Viewing a Verification Summary Report
1.On the blue menu toolbar, select Applications. The Applications menu screen displays.
2.On the menu, select Verification Summary.
3.Complete the field specifications, select Search.
4.From the Verification Report Summary list, click the Agreement Number or the Sponsor Name to view the collection report.
5.Select <Back to return to the previous screen.
