Review Tracking

The Review Tracking can be used to add a new Compliance Review or open an existing Compliance Review to view or modify. This feature contains general administrative information about the review. This screen is:

The first screen completed to schedule a review.

Used by the State throughout the review process to track key dates, etc.

The last screen completed to close a review.

Some Review Information is pre-populated based on the Sponsor Profile, Application, and/or Site Applications. Furthermore, there is data entered on this screen that drives the status of the Review Progress Bar, Sponsor access to the Off-site review forms, and Sponsor access to the Corrective Action documents.

 

Tip: The Review Information screen has several overall review-tracking fields. These are completed over the life of the review.
